由于我司目前在歐盟有商標糾紛,請暫時不要在歐盟地區內出售以下“CAMEL”品牌產品， 品牌包括“CAMEL”(無論是文字，還是駱駝圖像形式），以及由駱駝圖像組成的圖形元素、文字圖形兩者組合或與其他文字元素的組合。此外，請采取一切可能的措施通知您的客戶，例如在所有電商平臺店鋪主頁上發表聲明。若因貴單位收到此通知后未及時進行有關品牌產品的下架處理而被他人起訴侵權，對此，我司不承擔貴單位因違反本聲明而被他人起訴造成的任何直接或間接損失。若因為貴單位收到此通知后未及時進行有關品牌產品的下架處理而導致我司被他人起訴侵權，對此造成的損失，我司將保留對貴單位追究法律責任的權利，請知悉。
As there is a trademark dispute in European Union currently, we hereby ask you not to sell below goods branded “CAMEL” (both in its word form and its graphic form), and of the figurative element consisting of the image of a camel and of the combination of both or with other word elements in the entire European Union territory temporarily. Furthermore, please take all possible measures to inform your clients of this matter, such as making a statement on the home pages of your stores on all e-commerce platforms. If you are sued due to your failure to timely remove the products after receiving this statement, we will not bear any direct or indirect loss caused by your company being sued for violation of this statement.?Please note that if we are sued due to your failure to timely remove the products from after receiving this statement, we will reserve the right to pursue?legal?responsibility to claim loss.

暫時禁止在歐盟出售的上述商標產品包括鞋子、服裝、背包、徒步旅行裝備、帽子、露營設備、瑜伽服裝和設備及含有上述商標的其他產品。 Goods branded the above mentioned trademarks which should not be temporarily sold in European Union include footwear, clothing, backpacks, hiking accessories, hats, camping material, clothing and accessories for practising yoga, and other goods bearing the above mentioned trademarks.

至于何時可以恢復銷售，我們會另行通知。
We will let you know when you may resume sales in European Union.
